Dietary supplements are added extras which people use along with their daily diet. It’s not really possible to have all the minerals you require for your daily diet in the food you eat. These supplements can add essential vitamins and mineral to the food in your diet making it more balanced.

 Are they safe? Just like conventional medicine, some dietary supplements may cause adverse symptoms and allergic reactions, so use with caution.
