Though joint pain is often experienced in older age, but today it is a common problem among younger age. Improper diet, awkward wok schedule and stress are some of the common factors behind such problem. However, joint pain is most active in the morning time.

 

To find a relief from the pain, you can apply some pain relief ointment to the affected area. Moreover, you can apply eucalyptus oil on the joint. Also steam the area with towel for immediate relief. However, daily exercise and yoga practice can help you get rid of this problem. Physical exercise is must – get up early in the morning and go for a walk, do some yoga and keep your body fit and strong always.
