Acidity – sound simple but it isn’t.Heaving acidity kept me awake sleep less nights.

Few causes of Acidity:

  •  heavy and spicy food.
  • Smoking,
  • Alcohol
  •  Caffeine

  •  Stress.

  •  cold milk or ice-cream gives instant relief
  • chewing cloves

Stress! Everyone experiences it. It’s a part of life and makes living difficult. But we rarely try eradicating it. Eliminate stress. It is a bane to happy living.  Begin stress elimination by its cause identification.    

Causes of Stress 

Surprisingly, not only tragic, but even happy events cause stress. Examples: Celebrating Christmas, child birth, etc. Joy makes stress recognition difficult. This delays stress busting. How to identify stress then?  

Identifying Stress  

Identify stress by its symptoms. A few signs of stress are undue irritation, behavioural changes, bodily pain, etc. Whenever you feel thus, look for the causative factor. Change the situation. If changing situation is not possible, change your response to it. This leads to a stress free life.

Stress is normal. Only when it increases beyond our capacity, does it harm. Though each of us is different and reacts differently to various situations; highly stressful situations unless tackled with, can seriously impair us all.

  • Take counseling or talk to trusted friends when facing too much confusions.
